Doesn’t the word buttercream just make your mouth water? I usually don’t go quite as overboard with the sweets, but the Christmas season just isn’t the same for me without baking cookies and making delicious confections such as this buttercream fudge. This also doubles as a last-minute gift idea and makes for a lovely presentation when wrapped in wax paper and put in a decorative holiday tin. The gift recipient will thank you once this heavenly white candy passes their lips! Make sure you get to lick the beaters and bowl clean before giving the rest away. 😉
Two Ingredient Buttercream Fudge
1 12 oz package of white chocolate chips
1 16 oz tub of buttercream flavored frosting
Melt ingredients together in either the microwave in a microwaveable dish or in a pan on the stove top. Mix until smooth and melted and pour into a foil lined pan. Let it sit to harden and then cut into squares.
*sprinkles or colored tube frosting optional if you want to decorate once it has cooled. I like the plain, simple buttery-looking chunks myself with a piece of evergreen or holly tucked in for color.

Wishing you the best this Christmas and holiday season.
